POSITION: ACCOUNTING MANAGER

ER# 23-22

SCHEDULE:  

8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday 

The Accounting Manager will oversee the operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely AP and AR application, posting of financial data to the General Ledger, and monitors for any unusual events and/or opportunities for increased efficiency. They will manage a team of accounting professionals, and work closely with other departments within the company to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller. 

POSITION: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK (2)

ER# 19-25

SCHEDULE:  

8:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday 

Position is responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, and preparation of cash/check deposits. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. One year of data entry and accounting experience preferred; proficiency in 10-key by touch required.
Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).
