HPC Foods Laboratory has been at the forefront of food safety testing for the past 15 years. We are the only ISO 17025:2017 accredited laboratory in Hawaii for Food, Water, and Environmental monitoring microbiological testing. This ensures that our test results are highly accurate, globally valid, and reliable.
Our team of analysts brings extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in microbilogical testing. They undergo continuous training and are regularly assessed through proficiency testing programs to maintain the highest standards of competence.
We uphold a rigorous quality control program that meets ISO:IEC 17025/2017 requirements, covering test methods, environmental conditions, analyst performance, and equipment verification. Our lab offers a wide range of microbilogical and pathogen testing services for various sample types, including food, water, and environmental monitoring samples. Additionally, we provide select chemical analyses such as pH, total solids, moisture content, and water activity.
