POSITION: PRODUCTION WORKER

ER# 21-40, 22-02, -10, -11

SCHEDULE:  

6:15am - 3:00pm Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

6:15am - 10:30am Mondays

Position is responsible for assigned sprout processing responsibilities to achieve daily orders in an orderly and efficient manner.    Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.  Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good manufacturing Practice (GMPs).

POSITION: GROWER

ER# 22-11, -12, -23

SCHEDULE:  

5:30am - 3:00pm Sunday - Saturday 

(Five day/week - Must be flixible)

Perform standard operating procedures (SOP) associated with growing sprout products, which includes seed receiving and storage, seed screening and preparation, seed sanitation, sprout growing and monitoring, and product disinfection. Perform interval sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP) for cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment and facility. Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good manufacturing Practice (GMPs).
