POSITION: INSTITUTIONAL IN-HOUSE SUPERVISOR

The Institutional In-House Supervisor must ride and assess institutional routes for feasibility with recommendations for improvements and/or adjustments. Must be able to pull orders for all routes and Will Call to cover absences. Must communicate all memos to institutional / retail drivers. Responsible to coordinate all trouble calls for truck and equipment breakdowns. Must direct drivers to complete the routes in a timely manner and coordinate late deliveries. Must be able to provide a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract. Must support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
POSITION: MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Sprout Department Manager is responsible for all department activities, including but not limited to, ensuring effective processing of raw materials and fulfillment of daily production orders in a timely manner. This individual ensures that the Sprout Department is operating sufficiently to support business plan objectives and is in compliance with all the Company's safety and cleanliness standards. The Sprout Department Manager is also required to fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

2:00am - 1:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 2:00am - 9:00am Saturday
The Driver Sales position is responsible for following a route schedule to fulfill servicing of a designated route in a timely manner. This individual will be providing exceptional customer service and communication when servicing accounts. The Driver Sales position will be placing orders for accounts and selling additional products in efforts to increase sales of Company products. Must support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
