SCHEDULE:  

6:00am - 3:30pm Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Position is responsible for packing into various weighted packages and sizes.  Must be able to work in cold conditions for extended periods of time and lift at least 25 lbs.  Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).

Under the direction of the Production Manager, the key areas of responsibility will be: to ensure that all daily production orders are fulfilled, raw materials received are in good order, finished products are in line with QA standards, and the processing facility is consistently safe, clean, and properly sanitized according to Company standards. The position is also required to fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).
