POSITION: POI DEPARTMENT MANAGER

SCHEDULE:  

Flexible hours; Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

4:00am - 7:45pm Sunday - Saturday (Five day/week - Must be flexible)

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Poi Department Manager’s key areas of responsibility are: Ensure that all daily production orders are fulfilled, raw materials received are in good order, finished products are in line with QA standards, and the processing facility is consistently safe, cleaned, and properly sanitized according to Company standards. The Sprouts Department Production Manager is also required to fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, OSHA, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs.) 

POSITION: POI PROCESSOR 

ER# 19-07, 19-35, 19-39

SCHEDULE:  

6:30am - 5:15pm Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Position is responsible for processing and running poi machinery.   Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift at least 25 lbs. Valid drivers license and forklift experience required.  Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs.) 

POSITION: POI TRIMMER 

ER# 22-09

SCHEDULE:  

7:00am - 6:30pm Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Position is responsible for washing and preparing taro for processing. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift at least 25 lbs.  Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs.)
