POSITION:  CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

Position is responsible for providing customer service excellence in processing all orders to internal and external customers. Enters and processes orders received via phone, email or fax. Mails and ships on-line orders. Handles research and reconciles discrepancies, claims and complaints. Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).​
