Produce Processing Center (PPC)

The Produce Processing Center opened its doors in June 2004. In this 13,000 sq ft facility, we manufacture fresh cut vegetables and fruits for both foodservice and retail customers. All processing is done in a refrigerated environment on stainless steel equipment to maximize quality and food safety.
Sprouts Department

The HPC Foods is the largest sprouter in the state of Hawaii and currently grows, packages and distributes mung bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, clover sprouts, soy sprouts, radish sprouts, broccoli sprouts ( under the Brassica label ), and wheatgrass.
Central Distribution Center (CDC)

The company built a 9,000 sq ft refrigerated warehouse, which operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The Central Distribution Center has 5 loading docks from which the fleet of refrigerated trucks can be loaded directly to complete the cold chain.
Taro Farm

HPC started an experimental taro farm on 30 acres of land in Haleiwa. The taro farm proved highly successful, and shares it’s discoveries with other farmers, State of Hawaii agencies and the University of Hawaii.

Food Safety

HPC Foods recognizes the need for food safety and quality. HPC is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) approved as well as certified by various individual audits requested by our customers.
The Cold Chain

The cold chain maintains the optimal temperature for our fresh products from beginning to end, and ensures that our customers will receive the best quality products at its maximum shelf-life.
